United Trailers of Wisbech has recently been acquired by the Weightlifter Group. It is being rebranded as PPG and will form an integral part of the group manufacturing capacity.
The Wisbech factory has retained the core bodybuilder workforce and continues to manufacture our class-leading product range of walking floors, ejector trailers, pneumatic discharge rigids and trailers.
The Wisbech plant is now able to offer an insulated walking floor trailer for the carriage of Tarmac, sand, gravel etc.
The Wisbech factory is now fully equipped and able to offer a one-stop repair and refurbishing service for the trailer chassis, hydraulics, bodywork, sheet system and finish painting.
The financial backing and management expertise of the Weightlifter Group will now develop the Wisbech manufacturing site potential and build on the business foundations that we have Laid.
