At Tip-ex10 Dennison will be showing a sliding bogie aggregate tipper with a 30yd3 alloy plank-sided body on ROR LM 9300 series axles with a dump facility and front lifting axle. It has alloy wheels, Haldex EBS and Surelock, a push button on the chassis which prevents brake release until the locking pins are fully engaged. An added safety feature stops the ram being tipped while the bogie is fully opened.
The body has a rollover cover which is operated from the ground, Hyva tipping ram and automatic opening tail-gate.
This trailer will tip where an eight-wheeler won't and can carry 50% more payload.
The second exhibit will be a straight-frame Ejector trailer with a 35ycF Hardox steel half pipe tub body for aggregate on DCA light-weight disc brake axles including front lifting axle and Haldex EBS.
