Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WORK has begun on the construction of a new service and spares depot for Atkinson Lorries Ltd. on a 14-acre site owned by the company near Preston. The site is about three miles from the present Atkinson factory at Walton-le-Dale, being close to the Bamber Bridge junction of M6.

Buildings extending to some 45.000 sq. ft. will house service stores (for spares) as well as repair workshops and office accommodation for administrative staff.

The depot is expected to be fully operational by April 1, 1967. After this the whole of the Walton-le-Dale factory will be devoted to commercial vehicle production.
