Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

High winds wreak havoc across UK

LAST WEEK'S HIGH winds caused chaos across the country, with a number of trucks being blown over.

The driver of the vehicle pictured probably thought he'd done the right thing by tying his curtain to the front bulkhead, but it was still blown off the M6 between Porton Services near Lancaster and the M55 interchange at Preston.

Two LGVs were blown over on the Thelwell Viaduct, near Warrington, on the M6, and the Forth Bridge was closed for several hours after a truck was blown through the central reservation.
