Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE 10 dual-purpose single-deckers for Ribble Motor Services Ltd., foreshadowed in The Commercial Motor of July 5, 1963, have now been delivered, and will shortly enter service. Basically the same as the 90 buses already described, the new vehicles employ the standard Marshall/B.E.T. service-bus frame but are fitted with 49 fullluxury seats, are painted externally in coach colours, and employ ornamental grille and twin headlamps.

The new vehicles are designed to help to meet the bulge in Monday to Friday peak hour workings, and in Bank Holiday and summer week-end travel. Later in life they can be converted to 53-seat buses. Interior equipment includes individual Jet Vents incorporated in the parcel racks. Large luggage lockers are provided at the rear and on the nearside. High-ratio Eaton two-speed rear axles are fitted to the Leopard chassis, which have the 130 b.h.p. version of the 0.600 engine.
