• A breach of a condition or undertaking could rase in the loss of the licence by virtue of disciplinary action being taken at Public Inquiry.
Usually the conditions or undertakings relate only to authorised vehicles and not visiting vehicles, but be careful that you don't give an undertaking applying to all vehicles, even non-HGVs.
Conditions and undertakings can be removed if a formal application is made and there has been a change of circumstances.
A breach of conditions or undertakings can be fatal to the business.
