Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A NEW HEAVY DUTY mobile floodlighting unit has been designed by Wysepower Limited.

Mounted on a fast tow trailer, it will be suitable for any construction, maintenance and emergency services projects where high illumination levels are required to ensure safe working conditions.

Four 1,000-watt high-pressure sodium lights — powered by an electric-start air-cooled long-run ST2 diesel engine — are fitted on a fully adjustable common head, and project a wide spread of shadow free light.

The new Powerlite 9 (Type MPL9/4/7/S) is fitted with a threesection nine-metre galvanised tubular mast incorporating an auto break winch. This automatically and independently locks the mast sections into position when raised.

The Powerlite trailer, manufactured with a heavy-duty welded steel frame, is fitted with torsion-bar suspension overrun and a parking brake system. For safety reasons, the mast cannot be raised from the horizontal to the vertical until the outriggers are used. Wysepower claims this feature ensures complete stability at speeds of up to 60mph. Movement from horizontal to vertical is achieved via an hydraulic ram arrangement.

An enclosed unit embraces the housing control panel, fuel tank, battery box and tool storage space, and a tropicalised dual-voltage alternator with socket outlets is incorporated for auxiliary use.
