FOURTEC IS offering Santana and Bremach 4x4 drivers access to more UK service centres after striking up a new deal with the National Service Network (NSN) Group.

The partnership with the NSN Group means Santana and Bremach 4x4 customers will have an extra 250 service centres to use throughout the UK.They will also have access to the Santana UK dealership network.

A Fourtec spokeswoman says the deal is in response to customer feedback which reveals that clients are concerned about the lack of after sales support in certain UK regions.

NSN Group currently of service support for some of the UK's largest fleet operators. Under the new deal,repair enquiries will be handled through a national call centre and directed to the nearest service centre where any required parts for vehicles will be available at an appointed date.

"Working with NSN willremove the potential obstacle to after sales support and greatly enhance the appeal of the Santana and Bremach ranges," says the spokeswoman.
