Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

5 rucks of the future will have windsocks unfurling behind them, to streamline the airflow behind the vehicle and reduce drag. The "aerodynamical inflatable boattail" has been invented by Herb Carper of the Texas Technological College and we all know that Texans don't tell tall tales. Herb says his invention cuts drag by 12% by stopping the formation of a low pressure zone behind the vehicle. Only one snag so far—the tails are too long. Motorists encountering truck tails, 20 or 30 feet long, flapping in their windscreens might get a little upset. Like a red rag to a bull, in fact. Herb is working on a shorter version. Watch this space.
