Michael Betts has revoked the Michael Betts has revoked the licence held by John M Stirling,
trading as is e of Bute Haulage, after hearing that the business had been taken over by a limited company, Ambrisbeg, in 1992.
Betts said said a letter received from Stirling said the company had been taken over in 1992 and that he was now employed as a Licence revo driver. Consequently he was revoking the licence on the grounds that there had been a material change in circumstances since the licence was granted.
The company had been granted interim authority to operate five vehicles and one trailer. However, he was unable to deal with its application for a substantive licence for seven vehicles and three trailers to take over the business as the objection period
