Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Overland Contracts Ltd, of Birmingham, is now using a low loading semi-trailer fitted with the prototype of a novel suspension system, designed and built by the operator's associated trailer-making company at Leigh, Lanes, for carrying forklift trucks and similar equipment.

Incorporating Dunlop Pneuride elements the suspension allows deflation of the air bags to reduce the loading height to little more than the thickness of the tail ramps. Operation is from a control panel built into the nearside rear wheel arch. Provision has been made to pin the suspension links in the deflated position to allow the trailer to be moved in case of bag punctures, etc. Clear loading width is 5ft 10in.
