Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Farmer's Boy Coaches of Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, have secured a High Court injunction against Eastern Counties Omnibus Co Ltd restraining it from interfering in the business of the coach company.

Farmer's Boy Coaches allege that Eastern Counties and/or their employees, agents or servants haw caused the public not to charter its coaches by falsely alleging that it operated tours illegally. Eastern Counties haw denied all the charges.

Last week, before Eastern Traffic Commissioners, Farmer's Boy had one application for tours refused and another adjourned. Counsel for the company said he was hampered in his application by a lack of witnesses. They had been prepared to come and give evidence but since the injunction was granted, they had decided to sit on the fence and await the outcome.
