BECAUSE they consider that British Road Services are not legally an organization of employers and do not represent such an organization, and also because B.R.S. do not represent a substantial proportion of the employers in the road haulage industry, the Industrial Court have ruled that the agreement between B.R.S. and the Transport and General Workers Union covering the wages of administrative, professional, technical, supervisory and clerical workers is not binding on other employers.
