Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FRIDGE UNIT manufacturer Thermo King is sending staff to work in customers' traffic offices to help them understand more about the business.

This week Thermo King launched a two-week experiment in which 23 Thermo King sales staff will spend two days in the offices of 17 reefer operators.

Regional sales manager Graham Eames says the aim is not to sell more Thermo King equipment but "about understanding the needs of our operators better". Eames says: "It should help our staff to understand things like the urgency required if a refrigerated operator has a problem on the road and needs help within the hour, not within the day."

Eames reports that the operators have been happy to help "because they hope that it will help them to get better service in future".
