For anyone with an interest in gadgets, there is one that is essential, even if it does have a silly name.The PowerMonkey is a highcapacity storage battery, about the size of half a banana, which acts as a power backup for a wide variety of electronic devices — phones, games, cameras, etc. It comes with some of the most common connectors, and almost all of the more obscure ones can be bought separately for £2.50.
