TRAFFICMASTER IS currently in discussion with Transport for London over the possibility of congestion-charging payment options being made available through its navigation software.
Chief executive Tony Eales says talks are in the early stages, but adds:"VVe're looking at technology that would allow fleet operators automatically to pay the fee when a vehicle enters the Congestion Charge zone.
-It's not necessarily going to happen," he admits."But if it did, it would take away the headache of paying the charge or even fines from fleet operators.
