Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• In a major change to its long-established acquisition policy, Marks and Spencer has bought its latest batch of tractors outright. Previously, its chilled food delivery vehicles were supplied by logistics provider GIST (formerly BOG Distribution), which will continue to operate and maintain the new vehicles on M&S's behalf.

The retailer has replaced the previously mixed fleet, largely Elf-based, with 100% Daf products in order to create a direct link with the manufacturer of its vehicles.

The new fleet comprises 47 Daf Hasa 340 tractors with low-roof sleeper cabs, which will continue to wear GIST's livery. Because of their operating environment, delivering foodstuffs to city-centre sites, the Oafs' Euro-3 engines' emissions are further reduced by the fitment of particulate traps.
