Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TO assist vehicle owners fully occupied with problems other than those concerning the mechanical condition of their vans or lorries, the London and Home Counties Division of the Traders' Road Transport Association has secured the services of Mr. F. M. Butler, formerly chief certifying officer of the Metropolitan Licensing Authority.

For a fee of £1 Is., Mr. Butler will inspect a vehicle and can give advice on matters such as whether overhauls are justified or whether a vehicle should be replaced.

ATKINSON CHANGE PLANS

THE double-decker bus chassis I described on pages 68 to 70 will not now be shown by Atkinson Lorries (1933), Ltd., at Earls Court next month. In its place will be exhibited a T.746 four-wheeled tractor with a Gardner 4LW oil engine.
