• Wolverhampton Magistrates have adjourned a series of charges against Wolverhampton haulier Clifford Morgan until 26 September. Morgan faces three allegations of falsifying tachograph charts; three of failing to produce charts; two of making false declarations to obtain vehicle excise licences; and two of using untaxed vehicles.
