Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Visitors to next week's Hanover Show may catch sight of one of 10 low-floor MercedesBenz based buses fitted with engines converted to run on natural gas.

The six-cylinder unit has been fitted with spark ignition; the exhaust system contains a three-way catalytic converter.

Gas to power the buses, which have just gone into ser vice with UUstra, is compressed to 20bar and carried in five containers on the roof.

▪ Mercedes-Benz is to launch a 4x4 version of its 7.5-tonne T2 814DA chassis cab at the Scottish IRTE Show, and the 300,000th Unimog has just rolled of the MercedesBenz line at Gaggenau. Production started there in June 1951.
