Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NEARLY 10,000 more commercial vehicles were produced in June, 1961, than in the previous month. A total of 48,065 vehicles came off the production lines--as compared with 38,811 in May-and this compares favourably with the production record set up in June, 1960, of 48,384. The greatest increase was in the under 15 cwt. goods vehicle class, where a gain of 6,636 units was recorded over the previous month.

Following the slight drop in exports of commercial vehicles in April and May, the figure for June of this year has soared back to a total of 17,016, only 907 short of the highest figure ever recorded-in January, 1961. The total for the first half of this year amounted to 96,710-to the value of nearly L72fm.-and 16,392 more than during the same period last year.
