Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Since its official launch in May, the Royal Mail SCV has been clocking up the miles on a number of regular trunking routes from various Royal Mail RDCs, as well as its central hub at Rugby. Inside, the tractor cab is a simple guide to the most obvious additional safety items, which is used to explain to drivers how each one operates. Kitchener (above right) says: "We want as many drivers as possible to give us their feedback on the truck. They obviously want to know all about it, but since there are lots of whistles and bells on it, it would take an hour to explain them all So we let them drive it and answer any questions as we go along, then, at the end of the run, we get them to score the various systems from one to 10."

Their responses, together with experience gleaned from local managers, will be analysed during the 12-month trial.
