Tipper-makers rally and sign up to Tip-Ex
TIP-EX10, the Harrogate-based tipper show, has already sold more than 50% of its floor space, as manufacturers look to put themselves on display after a largely event-free 2009.
The show, run by G&T Events, takes place between 27 and 29 May next year. It has already attracted a variety of companies, including SDC, Weightlifter, Wilcox and Freuhauf.
G&T Events' director David Tallent says: "It is a sign of the strength of the Tip-Ex Show, and of the resilience of the tipper industry, that the major suppliers have shown they are ready to commit to their annual showcase event nearly 12 months in advance, despite suffering the worst recession in living memory."
MD of Weightlifter Bodies David Thomson says: "Tip-Ex10 will give us the opportunity to show our standard and specialist bodies and trailers to operators in the diverse bulk haulage industry."
