Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

bitterly disappointed man. Two weeks ago Commercial Motor's cover bore the words FREE STICKER in two metre high letters. Skinner turns up at his news agent, picks up the promising issue, sees the offer, shakes out the pages, checks it hasn't fallen on the floor then realises the stitch-up. No sticker. This is an outrage. Well, Commercial Motor hasn't been around for over 90 years because of unfulfilled promises.

This magazine didn't get to where it is today by ripping off its readers . . . so . . ten stickers plus various other goodies go to Mr Skinner by way of apology. Incidentally, it wasn't Skinner himself who contacted us. . . it was his 13-year-old daughter, Beverley (pictured above) who would not allow an injustice like this to go unmentioned.
