ITS GETS FODEN • Foden Trucks has appointed Ipswich Truck Sales (0473 215025) as its main dealer for truck and parts sales and service in Suffolk, Essex, North London and Herts.
ITS, which is part of BRS Southern, is based in Haclleigh Road, Ipswich, with two service outlets at Leyton, Essex and Hoddesdon, Herts.
The Hadleigh Road site is open 24-hours a day for planned maintenance and repairs. It has a 400m2 CV workshop and a nine-bay light CV service complex. Its parts department is open from 07.00 to 19.00hrs
Monday to Friday, and is also open on Saturday mornings. Parts sales and delivery vans operate throughout the dealer's territory.
Leyton and Hoddesdon are autonomously-operated parts and service centres. Both have workshops capable of handling trucks and trailers and offer steam cleaning and MoT preparation. The Leyton service depot is open continuously from 20.00hrs on Sunday to 06.00hrs Saturday, and offers fuel and recovery services.
Hoddesdon can provide additional service backup, including bodywork repairs, from 07.00 to 18.00hrs Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning.
ISILIZLI TON-UP
• Isuzu (UK), part of the West Bromwich-based vehicle importers International Motors, has appointed Stourton Motor Centre in Stourton, South Leeds as its 100th Isuzu dealer.
SMC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Harratts of Wakefield, and among the Isuzu vehicles it will offer the Trooper 4x4. Stourton also holds Subaru and Hyundai franchies.
