Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Two models, the T9 and the T10, have recently been added to the range of Sisu dockside /terminal tractors marketed by Alexander Stephen Container Handling Equipment Ltd. Both models are powered by a British Leyland 401 diesel engine developing 150 bhp at 2600 rpm (SAE), the D9 being a 4 x 2 model and the D10 a 4 x 4 unit. The power of the D9 is transmitted through a British Twin Disc torque converter, and two speeds are provided in forward and reverse, Maximum speed is 20 mph (31.6 kph).

An Allison CRT 3331-1 transmission is fitted to the D10. A differential lock is a standard feature of both models and other common features include cab control of the fifth-wheel coupling release and of the raising and lowering operations. The capacity of the 09's coupling is 17 tons while that of the D10 is 20 tons.
