at Earls Court this year? AThere is no Commercial Motor Show at
Earls Court this year. It is a biennial exhibition and the next one will be held from September 22 to 30 in 1972.
A major exhibition at which there will be many commercial vehicles on display this year is the Scottish Motor Show to be held at the Kelvin Hall, Glasgow. November 12-20.
A special day-trip to this Show has been arranged by CM for November 17.
This trip by chartered jet costs £16.90 per person and will enable visitors to spend up to seven hours at Kelvin Hall. and will also enable operators to meet colleagues and discuss business matters in comfort on the outward and return journeys.
Special coaches will leave North London Air Terminal, Finchley Road, to connect with the charter flight. which leaves Luton airport at 09.00 hours and arrives at Glasgow airport at 10.10. Coffee and biscuits will be served on the aircraft. The party will be taken direct to Kelvin Hall — tile entry fee to the Show is included in the quoted price.
In the evening, coaches will return the party to Glasgow airport in time for a 19.00 departure, arriving at Luton airport at 20.10 where coach transport will be provided to London. Travellers may join the trip at Luton airport if desired: the coach to and from London will be charged separately.
