Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A THEFT FROM a truck in Worcester at the end of October was the fourth incident in two months on the same road, say West Mercia Police.

The latest crime on Wainwright Road, in which £100,000 worth of perfume was taken, followed a break-in to a truck at the Plumb Centre, the removal of a parked trailer, and the theft of a load from a curtain sider.

But suggestions by CM readers that there had been 20 thefts in the road in this period were rejected by the police: "Our records only show the four offences, so 20 seems a wild exaggeration."

Wainwright Road is in an industrial part of Worcester.
