Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LE JONES, one of the North-West's largest Independent haulage firms, appeared before Wrexham magistrates last week. charged with tachograph and drivers hours offences.

In addition, 22 drivers also appeared in court charged with similar offences following a major Vasa investigation. Guilty pleas were entered by some of the drivers; all cases have now been adjourned until 9 May when the remaining pleas should have been entered.

The company has not yet entered a plea.

A Vasa spokesman would not comment on the case. LE Jones carries out UK, Irish and European tipper and refrigerated transport, as well as groupage and timber transport work.
