Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Heavy-duty tubular supports for the front ends of uncoupled semi-trailers have been introduced by Dunsley Manufacturing (Kinver). They are identical in concept to the units already marketed but are designed to support 25 tons, almost double the capacity of the original design.

The main tubular components in the Dunsley adjustable "fifthwheel" support is mounted onto a base plate and has three "steady legs". The support pad is carried at the top of a largediameter square-threaded screw which mates with a collar which rests on the top of the tubular Strut. The collar has two rods welded to it to enable it to be turned manually to raise and lower the support pad; the screw extends down the tube.
