Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NUNEATON, WARKS-based sheet piling contractor Ivor King has taken delivery of a Volvo EH16-660 6x4 tractor to haul heavy cranes and piling machines.

"We had been running a second hand FH12 plated for operation at 140 tonnes, but it was clear we needed a bigger engine," says Simon King, son of founder Ivor.

The vehicle is plated for operation at 150 tonnes; it will be pulling items of machinery, weighing up to 70 tonnes a time, on a four-axle low-loader semi-trailer.

It features the Volvo Engine Brake, an I-Shift gearbox and a Globetrotter XL cab.
