Contract hire firm TLS has just bought 46 Seddon Atkinson Pacers for its new refuse truck spot-rental service. The vehicles are a mixture of narrow-track 4x2s, 6x2 twin-steer and 6x4 chassis; they will be available for hire for periods as short as one week.
