Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Poole, Dorset-based Gator Security (Devices) is offering operators an unusual roll-over hire offer on its anti-theft equipment including artic/drawbar kingpin and tow-hitch locks and wheelclamps for vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes.

The equipment can be supplied for an unrestricted period with daily/weekly rental rates discounted according to rental periods. Any hire rate paid will also be deducted from the purchase price.

The Gator kingpin lock is made from 6mm steel plate and is welded and braced throughout. It measures 200mm x 200mm x 88mm and weighs approximately 10kg. A chrome plated heavy duty anvil lock keeps the clamp in position around the kingpin while the trailer is uncoupled. Gator can supply the kingpin lock in either painted/mild steel or stainless steel finish.

Prices range from £120 for a mild steel kingpin lock including padlock plus delivery to ,E250 for a stainless steel unit excluding lock.
