• CopriSystems of Winchester is offering bodybuilders a new Italian-made galvanised steel sliding or fixed roof system. It's a onepiece construction with a 100mm camber and requires only one support post in 13.6m lengths. Retail price is under £2,000.
• Rockinger has a new cast fifth wheel that is only 128mft deep and weighs just 123kg.It's due on sale later this year.
• Frigoblock now uses AZ20 refrigerant on its FK12, FK13, FK25 and FK25L overcab anc its HK25 and HK25L trailer reefer units. AZ20 is an azeotropic blend with 60% R32 and is said to combine a high refrigeration capacity with low energy consumption.
• Montracon Massey (former ly Massey International Coachbuilders) will build reefer trailers for the Montracon group at its Market Weighton base.
• Papworth-VBB is building 12 new Spacebus ambulance and welfare vehicles for the S&E Wales National Health Trusts. The company was formerly part of the Papworth Trust; it was acquired recently by Advanced Transport Technology.
