Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Next Thursdqiy late shall publish our Fourth Special Issue. This will be devoted to the use of Commercial Motors in the Milling and Flour Dealing Trades where large numbers are successfully employed. Our previous Special Numbers dealt with Motor Vehicles for--(1) Indian and Colonial requirements; (2) The Brewing Industry ; and (3) The Laundry and Allied Trades.

Twelve pages of matter and illustrations will be utilised to bring together a most striking joint testimonial to the efficiency of mechanical road transport, and to prove the economies that have been effected in all parts of the country. No more forcible and convincing collection of facts will be available in so condensed a form, and manufacturers of Motor Wagons should not fail to avail themselves of this unique and relatively inexpensive method of bringing their systems under the notice of a numerous and wealthy body of users and intending users.

The opportunity is exceptional, because some thousands of copies will be posted to selected members of the trades named. In consequence, and by reason of the very great expense of preparing the coming number, advertisements intended for inclusion in it alone will be charged at rates higher than the

ordinary tariff.
