Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TIPPER FIRM LANDA Manchester Transport is putting up a £1,000 reward for the safe return of a Foden eight-wheel tipper that was stolen from its premises.

The firm's owner, Kheo Landa, tells CM that the vehicle — registration number BV51 C.JX. — was stolen from its premises on Salisbury Road, adjacent to Piccadilly Station, in the centre of Manchester.

Landa adds that a further four vehicles on site were vandalised at the same time the vehicle was stolen on the night of Wednesday 16 June.

We are putting a reward up hut the highest we can go to is 1,000."
