Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Daily and, to keep it competitive, the manufacturer has revamped the range with a line of cleaner, low-emission panel vans. Or offer are Euro-4, Euro-5, EEV, gas and electric variants, but for now we're testing the standard Euro-4 35S13 with aGile automated manual gearbox.

The gearbox is a versatile system that operates like a fully automatic transmission where it selects the gears for you or the driver can knock it into sequential mode to charge manually One tester commented that the gearbox is "clunky from first to second gear but smooth thereafter", while another added that the transmission is "well executed as it can be managed to change gears through careful throttle use".

While our test team liked the transmission, they were less complimentary about the Iveco's dynamics: "nervous steering" and "shorter wheelbase makes it a little unstable with cross-winds and lateral movements" were just two aspects of the ride that our test team disliked. Despite this, there was much .ove for the Daily's motorway manners of which one tester remarked: "Once it's in top gear and cruising at a steady speed, it is smooth and composed. soaking up dips and road imperfections easily." We also liked the well integrated reversing camera (above).

Every van here has an Achilles' heel and in the Daily's case it's the cabin, which feels outdated against its competitors. The driving position in particular came in for a bit of flak with one driver saying that it was "too low and needs extra height, especially to accommodate those with longer legs".

There were also mixed reacbons to the fauxaluminium insert on the centre console, which made the dashboard a tad too colourful alongside the mixture of black and grey plastics.

Storage space was adequate with a good mix of large and small binnacles. while all the testers particularly liked the chunky dials for the fan and temperature controls.

Forget any preconceived notions about the Iveco, because in recent times the manufacturer has stepped-up its game with this big van.

Sure, there are vans here that do ride and handle better or have a higher standard of fit and finish, however, writing off the Ivecds chances here and now would be foolish as its a good overall package and if you Engines: Two Iron) 105hp to 174hp wanted to put your GVWs:'L8 to 7.0-tornes money on a dark Heights:HI to H3
