Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A TNT Newsfast driver was lucky to escape serious injury last week when his 17-tonner crashed through a motorway bridge parapet and plunged down an embankment.

The truck ran off the link road joining the M3 with the M27 and demolished the metal parapet, before flying 25m through the air and crashing down an embankment.

Traffic police officers said that London driver Anthony Charlery was lucky to escape with

minor injuries as the cab had spun through 360° and had almost broken away from the chassis. The southern end of the M3 was closed for more than nine hours while debris was cleared from the scene; one lane remained coned off for more than 24 hours.

The vehicle, laden with copies of The Sun and The Times, was en route from News International's printing plant at Wapping to a newspaper wholesaler in Bournemouth.
