Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

KNOWN as the Super Hippo EH.6R model, Leyland Motors, Ltd., Leyland, Lanes, has recently put into production a new vehicle designed for oilfield operation. This new machine is a right-hand controlled version of the company's EH.8L model, and it is now offered with the option of left or righthand control. Both models are of the six-wheeled bonneted type, powered by the Leyland 125 b.h.p. compressionignition engine.

When equipped with an all-steel platform body, and fitted with gin poles and winch, the unladen weight is about 14 tons. Both chassis are equipped with step-down auxiliary gearboxes, having a ratio of 1.328 to 1, which gives a corn, bination of 10 forward speeds. A winch, chain-driven from the auxiliary gearbox, is mounted transversely behind the driver's cab; it can give a sustained pull of 50,000 lb. Both models are suitable for fitting out as oilwell servicing hoists, in which case their equipment would include a 65-fl telescopic derrick. For driving the winding gear of this derrick, a separate oil engine of 125 b.h.p. can be mounted on the vehicle platform.

Inspectors will man a private car which will rove through the city, keeping headquarters informed of traffic conditions throughout the transport system. Two tower wagons will be ready to answer S.O.S. calls while carrying out routine work, and a breakdown lorry has been equipped with radio apparatus.
