1,000th Premium
• Macclesfield's RH Stevens has ordered 18 Renault Premium 385 two-axle tractors. The new tractors replace Iveco tractors and are the first Renaults in the 120strong fleet. The order includes the 1,000th Renault Premium in the UK. Contact: 0161 872 3000.

Europa awards
• Europa European Express Freight of Erith. Kent has presented 16 NVQ Level 2 Certificates in Warehouse and Distribution to its staff; two Chartered Institute of Transport diplomas were also awarded.

January ADR
• EP Training services is conducting ADR training courses for the City and Guilds examinations in January 1998. The basic course starts on 5 January with refresher training on 12 January, Courses will be held at EP's training centre at Leatherhead, Surrey. Contact: 01372 450800.

• South Wales-based Mercedes-Benz dealership Euro Commercials has doubled the number of staff at its Bridgend site in its first year of trading.
