Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Well 2001 started with a bit of a result didn't it? A rebate on the road fund licence for last year and a reduction on this year's (not forgetting that we did pay for it in the first place).

I'm not sure how the new 0-licence idea is going to work, expecting, or insisting if necessary, that someone with, say, six vehicles with an international licence will need £6,500 for the first vehicle and 2,3,500 for the rest. So 124,000 sitting in your account will be required if asked. You have, however, got until October to save up... Happy days!

Linda Freed.
