Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CIA MOBILE jib crane, based on the Fordson oil-engined industrial unit and having a lifting rate of 120 ft. per minute, has been produced by Convoys, Ltd., 30 Bouverie Street, London, E.C.4. Maximum load capacity is 30 cwt. and maximum lifting height is 17 ft. 9. in., both at 5-ft. jib radius.

The jib is fabricated from channel-section steel and the limits of luffing are controlled by telescopic members attached to the upper side of the jib. These telescopic members have stops to prevent the jib from being lowered too far and a second set of stops which cut out the engine if the jib is raised beyond a predetermined maximum. The luffing rate is 80 ft. per minute. The cable drums for lifting and luffing are carried in a separate compartment behind the driver. Adequate weather protection is afforded by an overhung hood built in unit with the body and terminating in a slanting, translucent plastics screen. Pneumatic tyres are used, those at the rear being 11.00-20 in.

Complete with electric starting and lighting equipment, the appliance costs 13,250.

Good weather protection for the driver is a feature of this mobile crane produced by Convoys. Ltd. The hell: (rig control members may also be seen.
