II IF PALLET NETWORK P\) has revealed that only a handful of its member have invested in its shares.
It had canvassed its 70 member companies in May to sec if they wanted to buy into the network after shares became available, hut documents just tiled at Companies House reveal only 12 of them took up the share offer. They include Gloucester-based Andy Lee Transport. Banbury firm TWE Haulage and Wisbech firm PE Logistics.
The major shareholders remain Richard Eldred. David Lawson and Jim Scanlan. who between them hold a total of 906 shares. Jersev-hased investment firm Abbeymanor owns 272 shares.
