Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

by Juliet Morrison • A 65-year-old pensioner and his son have been charged with handling stolen trucks after a police raid in Sheffield recovered parts from trucks worth more than £250,000.

The seizure, which took place in an unlicensed vehicle scrap yard on 17 October this year, uncovered 12 dismantled trucks—seven of which were tippers. Among the trucks found at the yard, on the Tinsley Park Road in the east end of the city, were Fodens, Scanias, MANs and Mercedes-Benz.

They had allegedly been stolen from the South-East, Loughborough, Leeds and York between 9 July and mid-October this year.

South Yorkshire police were led to the yard by a truck fitted with a Tracker security device allowing them to pin-point the vehicle's position.

Police arrested one person on-site. Two others were arrested alongside: Gordon Fields of Wensley Street, Sheffield and his 36-year-old son David Fields of Mosborough Road, Sheffield.

The father and son appeared at Sheffield magistrates court on 15 November charged with handling some of the heavy goods vehicles. The case was adjourned to a date to be fixed.
