Agreement has been reached in principle for the West Midlands PTA to take over Midland Red's stage services in its area. This was revealed on Monday by Cllr Gilroy Bevan, PTA chairman, when launching the Authority's development plan (see page 30). Details are still to be settled, but the services involved will be in the new PTA area after local government reorganization in 1974.
