Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

For the past year WMP has been marketing for most makes of car a sump-oil draining unit. The company is now entering the commercial vehicle field with the first unit being suitable for vehicles with the Perkins 4.154 engine.

The device consists of a machined steel body, containing a spring-loaded valve, which is attached to the sump by means of a hollow sump plug. The valve is opened by a small pull-type toggle in the engine compartment connected to the valve by a Bowden cable. To operate, the toggle is simply turned (to unlock) and then pulled. The unit is completely fail-safe and is guaranteed for five years.
