At. I ER A TEN-YEAR lapse the International Fire Exhibition and Conference has been revived to provide predominantly UK manufacturers with Ample opportunity to show their models to both home and foreign buyers.
Although British manufacturers of fire-fighting equipment enjoy virtually a clean sweep in the UK and have a comfortable slice of the overseas market, the high standard of design and ingenuity shown at Interfire '75 underlines their determination to increase rather than just maintain their grip in this important sector of the vehicle industry.
The show has been running at Olympia all this week and closes today, August 1.
