Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A BOOMING bus firm in Dingwall, Caithness, has just gone limited, and the Muir of Ord hotel interests of bus proprietor Mr Morris Newton are also now incorporated in the new company—Morris Newton Ltd.

Mr Newton, whose father, Mr Fred Newton has had a motor dealer's business in Dingwall for 10 years, began his coach firm seven years ago with just four coaches. Now he has more than 60, including one of Britain's most exclusive vehicles—a £32,000 Volvo coach fitted with colour TV, videotape equipment, a bar, toilet and refrigerator.

Newton's Coaches (Morris Newton Ltd) became a limited company on July 1, capitalised at £30,000. Last November Mr Newton diversified his interests by buying the 16bedroom Ord Arms Hotel at Muir of Ord.
