Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I wonder if I can claim just a little credit for these optical intrusions of the environment disappearing. You know what I mean, the overall painted bus. They used to charge about our bus routes advertising safari parks, whisky and football coupons. I hated them and said so.

Much better I thought was company livery, easily recognisable and very much a link with the type of environment that we all had been used to, accepted and wanted. Now I'm almost ready to eat humble pie.

This week Temeside Rent A Van sent me a picture with an overall livery. It tells how it can supply goods vehicles for freight movement, buses for football fans, vans for the do-it-yourself remover, and cars for Reggie the rep, and all in delightful poetry!

I still don't know that I would like to drive the van with the advertising slogan plastered all over its side.

Indeed if I did, I think I would be looking for a reduced rate before bringing Temeside's services to the notice of the public. Anyway I am reproducing the picture — you can make your mind up yourself.

I don't think Sir John Retjeman will be impressed.
