Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Forking out

Itake goods into the fruit & vegetables section of the new Spittlefields Market in Leytonstone, east London.

Trying to get your vehicle unloaded by a forklift driver without paying is an impossibility: otherwise you can expect to wait anything up to four hours for the dealer to get you unloaded. Recently I had to pay £2 per pallet making the total on my six-pallet load £12.

I estimate that since June of this year have handed over about £150 just to have my vehicle off-loaded in good time. It is not possible for me to be reimbursed for this outlay as the vehicle owner will not pay this money back and, according to my accountant, 1 cannot claim back this money as a tax-deductible asset as I did not have a contact name or any receipts.

Surely it is time the authorities looked into this matter? I have spoken to other drivers and they have encountered the same problem.

I feel that this unfair practice should be brought out into the open and STOPPED. Name and address withheld.
